Important Note about Sleeping Arrangements: The listing displays a "guest count" of 16+. It's okay to bring up to 16 guests, as long as they are approved and on your reservation roster. The townhomes combined have four king mattresses, two queen mattresses, and two large twin futon sleeper sofas - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests on traditional mattresses, and two on the futons We list guest counts this way on our listings so that guests who are comfortable with unconventional sleeping arrangements - like bringing their own air mattress - can still book if the space fits their needs. If we didn’t list it this way, many groups would be excluded from search results even when the home could still work for them. Please note that we're only able to accommodate a maximum of 16 guests total between both units; one unit cannot have more than 8 guests at one time. If sleeping arrangements are important to your group, please reach out - we’re more than happy to clarify what’s available and help ensure we're a good fit! Parking: You're allowed to park one vehicle in each single-car garage, and one to two vehicles can fit in their single-file driveways each. Please note that parking is not allowed on the street, meaning that all vehicles must fit in the driveways and garages. Laundry: A full washer and dryer are available in the laundry room of each townhome for your convenience. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, drinking cups, and fun extras like a coffee maker with complementary coffee, various creamers, sugars, and a toaster. Workspace: For those needing to work during their stay, the primary bedrooms of each townhome feature a private workspace with a desk, cozy chair, and high-speed internet. Safety and Essentials: The townhomes are both equipped with first aid kits, extra toiletries, cleaning supplies, and more to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry-free. Damage protection plan: Your reservation includes a Truvi damage protection plan, which covers qualifying accidental property damage. The cost is $8 per night, up to a maximum of $59 per reservation. To keep your total reservation price fair, we've reduced the accommodation rate shown on our live calendar by the cost of the protection plan. After your reservation is confirmed, that amount is collected separately through your secure guest portal. The protection plan is subject to Truvi’s coverage terms and does not cover intentional damage, rule violations, or other excluded circumstances.
