This townhome has two king mattresses, one queen mattress, and a futon sleeper sofa - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests on traditional mattresses, and one on the futon. We list guest counts this way on our listings so that guests who are comfortable with unconventional sleeping arrangements - like bringing their own air mattress - can still book if the space fits their needs. If we didn’t list it this way, many groups would be excluded from search results even when the home could still work for them. If sleeping arrangements are important to your group, please reach out - we’re more than happy to clarify what’s available and help ensure we're a good fit! Parking: You're allowed to park one vehicle in the single-car garage, and one to two vehicles can fit in the single-file driveway. Please note that parking is not allowed on the street, meaning that all vehicles must fit in the driveway and garage. Laundry: A full washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for your convenience.
