This apartment has two king mattresses and a futon sleeper sofa - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests on traditional mattresses, and one on the futon. We list guest counts this way on our listings so that guests who are comfortable with unconventional sleeping arrangements - like air mattress -can still book if the space fits their needs. If we didn’t list it this way, many groups would be excluded from search results even when the home could still work for them. If sleeping arrangements are important to your group, please reach out - we’re more than happy to clarify what’s available and help ensure we're a good fit! Parking: There are not any assigned or designated parking spaces during your stay. All spots are first come first serve. Don't worry - the apartments were designed with ample parking spaces for everyone, and you'll be sure to find a spot. Laundry: A full washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for your convenience. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, drinking cups, and fun extras like a coffee maker with complementary coffee, various creamers, sugars, and a toaster.
