Important Note about Sleeping Arrangements: The listing displays a "guest count" of 8. It's okay to bring up to 10 guests, as long as they are approved and on your reservation roster. This apartment has 1 king mattresses, 1 queen mattress, 4 twin beds, and 2 sleeper futon sofas - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests on traditional mattresses, plus 2 additional guests on the futons. If sleeping arrangements are important to your group, please reach out - we’re more than happy to clarify what’s available and help ensure we're a good fit! Note: sheets are not provided for the futons - but we can provide them upon request. Parking: There are not any assigned or designated parking spaces during your stay. All spots are first come first serve. Don't worry - the apartments were designed with ample parking spaces for everyone, and you'll be sure to find a spot. Laundry: TWO full washers and dryers are available in the private laundry rooms for your convenience. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, drinking cups, and fun extras like a coffee maker with complementary coffee, various creamers, sugars, and a toaster. Workspace: For those needing to work during their stay, the living rooms in both units feature a private workspace with a desk, cozy chair, and high speed internet.
